Nationwide Coverage
AKRIZ Tech has established its nationwide service centres through partnerships since 2005. Today, we have 22 service centres covering every major town/city in Malaysia. Together, we are able to service our clients, nationwide, while maintaining the same workforce and overheads. Call Management System (CMS) is the web-based tool developed by AKRIZ Tech to manage the services provided to our customers. With this tool and partnerships, e-service is formed.
